Description of service

ClawPine provides a hardware-agnostic compliance and privacy wrapper for OpenClaw agents. The Service includes PII stripping, audit logging, data residency controls, and compliance management tools for regulated industries.

Use of the service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ClawPine and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

ClawPine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. While ClawPine provides compliance tooling, it is your responsibility to ensure regulatory compliance for your specific use case.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
